Ingredient Guide
What green tea extract, chlorogenic acid, L-theanine, L-carnitine, chromium and the added B vitamins are each doing on the label.

An ingredient list tells you what is present. It does not, on its own, tell you how much, in what form, or whether the amount matches what was studied. Those three questions are where most supplement evaluations are won or lost, so keep them in mind as you read down the panel.
The most studied component here. Catechins such as EGCG have been examined for modest effects on energy expenditure, generally in combination with caffeine. Results in the literature are small and inconsistent. High-dose extracts have also been associated with rare liver issues, which is a reason to respect the serving size rather than double it.
A compound found naturally in unroasted coffee, studied mainly for its effect on how quickly carbohydrate is absorbed. The research base is smaller than green tea's and the trials tend to be short.
An amino acid from tea leaves, best supported for smoothing the subjective edge of caffeine rather than for anything metabolic. Paired with coffee, this is the ingredient most people are likely to notice.
Involved in transporting fatty acids into mitochondria. Supplementation is well established in specific clinical deficiencies; in healthy, well-fed adults the case is much weaker.
A trace mineral with a role in insulin signalling. Supplementation benefits are clearest in people who are deficient, which most people eating a varied diet are not.
These support normal energy metabolism, which is a real but easily misread statement. It means these vitamins are required for the machinery to run — not that extra amounts make it run faster. They matter most if you were short to begin with.
When ingredients are grouped under a single blend total, you cannot tell how much of each you are getting. That is a legitimate limitation of many products in this category, and a fair thing to weigh. Always read the current label on the official page before buying, since formulations are revised over time.
