Starting anything new comes bundled with attention. You sleep a little earlier, you notice your snacking, you drink more water because you are thinking about the routine. Those changes are real, but they are not the supplement, and they fade within a fortnight. Anything you conclude in week one is mostly about the novelty.
The manufacturer suggests consistent daily use over several weeks to months, and that is the sensible frame regardless of the product. A practical structure looks like this.
Give any supplement the same courtesy you would give a training programme: long enough to be judged fairly, and no longer.
Daily weight is the least useful signal available; it moves with hydration, salt and sleep. More informative markers are cheap and boring: how hungry you are mid-afternoon, whether the three o'clock dip shrinks, sleep quality, and a weekly rather than daily weight average.
